About

Jessa is a multi-faceted aerialist who weaves humor and heart into all of her performance work. It was love “at first climb” on aerial silks in 2015, and since then, Jessa has dedicated herself to mastering her craft. From 2017 to 2020, She honed her skills at institutions such as Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance in Boulder, CO, continually expanding her repertoire of aerial styles and apparatus knowledge.

With a passion for performance, Jessa has graced stages both at home and across the country, performing expressive routines in scripted productions as well as cabaret-style shows. Her commitment to excellence led her to complete intensive training programs in Colorado and Mexico, where she developed acts that showcase her talent and creativity.

Jessa's dedication extends beyond the stage; she completed a 100 hour teacher training program in 2021 with Born to Fly in Castlerock CO, and received her teaching certification in multiple apparatuses, and has conducted workshops at studios including Air Temple Arts in New Haven, CT.

Currently based in Hartford, CT, Jessa is a vibrant presence in the New England aerial community, teaching at three different studios while also working on writing two new original aerial shows. Outside of her aerial pursuits, Jessa enjoys indulging in her love for potatoes, occasionally moonlights as a stilt walker, and harbors a dream of one day owning a pet pig.
